How long will we be our own worst enemy?

Isn’t it time to believe in yourself and trust in your abilities?

We need more NFL cheerleaders.

We need more people cheering us on, celebrating us, supporting us, being there for us. So many of us lack belief in ourselves and in our own abilities. It’s sad, really. Even when we’ve chalked up victory after victory, doubt sets in. Even with a proven track record, doubt sets in. Even with 20 years of experience, doubt sets in. This doubt is sneaky, creepy and pernicious. And it affects us all. We’re all in this together, and none of us asked for it.

Will this work for me?

Most people live doubtful lives. They’re drowning in a sea of doubt. The noise in their heads is similar to what it was in high school. Only it’s worse. Now, they’ve integrated their losses and forgotten their wins. They’re constantly telling themselves that they’re inadequate. That they’re not enough. That they’re undeserving.

Only that thinking is bullshit. That thinking is unhelpful. That thinking is sloppy. That thinking is pernicious.

How long will we be our own worst enemy? ?

Isn’t it time to believe in yourself? Finally? Don’t you think you deserve this? Isn’t it time? If not now, ? If not you, ? That co-worker you can’t stand? Him!?

People rely on you. People need you. People need you on your ‘A’ game. Your kids need you on your ‘A’ game. Your team needs you on your ‘A’ game. I need you on your ‘A’ game. Get your head in the game and get moving, get creating.

As Gary Vee says, be someone who “can’t breathe” if they’re not practicing their art, their work, their craft, contributing and sharing. Look for that person who is obsessed with their craft, who would do the work for free.

If you love it so much you’d do it for free, you’ve found it. You’ve discovered it. Congratulations. You’ve won! You’re a winner! You found it! Wow! Celebrate that. You’ve got something that others would kill for.

Be a relentless promoter of others. Never stop cheering people on.
